Vinfast announces the establishment of its headquarters in France, Germany and the Netherlands
VinFast simultaneously opens three European headquarters to strengthen its commercial activities in the market, develop its distribution network and its direct services. The automaker also offers mobility services, offering comprehensive solutions and a premium customer experience.
VinFast’s 3 headquarters will be located in Frankfurt (Germany), Paris (France) and Amsterdam (Netherlands). VinFast’s goal is to optimize services based on understanding the different needs of customers in each country. To support this goal, VinFast has recruited hundreds of employees with expertise, experience and market knowledge to work at its headquarters. The number of recruitments is expected to increase several times in the near future.
In the business plan, VinFast also updates the progress of developing the retail system in European markets with the opening of the first retail center in Cologne (Germany) in November 2022. Afterwards, VinFast will also launch sales centers in Paris and Nice (France), Amsterdam (Netherlands) and Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, Hamburg (Germany) in 2022. In early 2023, VinFast is expected to open sales centers in Oberhausen (Germany), Marseille, Rennes, Montpellier, Metz (France) and Den Haag, Rotterdam (Netherlands).
VinFast sales centers will be supported by a network of technicians and mobile service vehicles, providing customers with a wide range of flexible repair and maintenance options. Customers can book a service appointment through the VinFast app and get help at home, at work, or at any VinFast store that supports service. Currently, the mobile service vehicle has been deployed by VinFast in Germany and will expand to Europe in the first quarter of 2023. VinFast also plans to add over 200 technicians over the next 12 months to support its after-sales network. expanding.
